Rafting & Outdoor program New Zealand

New Zealand, Aotearoa, Down Under...

...is more than just a destination. This evergreen island is a place to regenerate, for active recovery and for 'charging the batteries'. We do not know a country on earth the size of New Zealand, which offers so many contrast landscapes and with so much natural beauty

Rafting on the Buller River

Hissing geysers, bubbling mud, thundering waterfalls, rushing white- water, crystal-clear seas, romantic fjords and tropical rain forests. New Zealand has simply everything, an El Dorado for all outdoor Freaks in the southern hemisphere.

The South Island is full of deserted sand beaches, three thousand meter high mountain range, the " Southern Alps ", covered with vast glaciers. In contrast is the North Island with it's miles of hilly green pastures for the millions of sheep and cattle to graze.

A paradise island in the south Pacific, where nature is the same as for a 1000 years.

New Zealand, the same land mass as Great Britain but with only 3.5 million inhabitants. A lot of space for every possible leisure and outdoor activities.

Why do so many Europeans dream to visit New Zealand at least once in their life? And why do all those who have already visited wish to return again, as we have for the 9th time! One indescribable atmosphere hangs over the country, an aura of magnetic attraction.

We arranged the following program, of which we take only best from each of the north island and the south island packed into a two-week vacation. If you want to experience New Zealand fully, then you need to take at least four weeks time, if not more! In our opinion the best way to see the country is to rent a camper van. Occasionally one can spend the night in a motel....
